4-Page Paper
A 4-page paper must be submitted electronically. Please follow the paper formatting instructions. Submitting author will need to supply contact information (full names, affiliations, addresses, phone numbers, and emails) for all authors listed on the paper.
250-word Abstract—The 250-word abstract should be a brief summary of the work.

Make sure to use the A4 size template.
Style Guide
Summaries should be prepared according to the guidelines above and should be submitted electronically in PDF format. The style guides provide a visual representation of the summary format. For your meeting's specific page maximum refer to the page count in the summary preparation.
Please make sure that the file contains no non-English font packages (for example, Japanese fonts, Korean fonts, Chinese fonts, etc.) in the body of the summary as well as in all figures and tables. Any characters in these fonts may not be viewable by reviewers. In the past, we have had particular trouble with MS-PGothic, MS-Gothic, and MS-Mincho.
Submission Due Date
The 4-page paper must be submitted electronically to the EWOFS 2027 submission site no later than May 7, 2027 at 12:00 pm EDT (16.00 GMT). Adherence to the instructions for preparation of the abstract and summary is imperative. Emailed submissions will not be considered. You will be asked to select a topic and to give your preference for oral or poster presentation when submitting your paper. For questions regarding the paper preparation process, please contact IOP.
Posters
Regular papers will be scheduled as poster presentation according to the technical program. Please notice that the maximum surface available for each poster is 85 cm (width) and 120 cm (height). (Please take those limitations into account for your poster preparation!). We advise the A0 format (84.1 × 118.9 cm).
EWOFS Paper Presentation & Publication Policy
Each registered attendee is allowed to present up to two papers (poster presentations).
